$20.25 hourly base pay $7.38 hourly supplemental pay = $27.63 per hour for first 40 hours worked per week

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Supervises onsite security guard team to ensure adherence to company procedures, protocol and best practices are being adhered to
• Performs regular onsite security checks to ensure that security guards on post assignment are performing the required tasks and functions, providing assistance when needed
• Responds swiftly to breach alerts reported by security guard staff on duty per applicable methods
• Oversees the company scheduling platform to confirm "clock-ins/clock-outs" are being completed for each scheduled shift per company protocol
• Responds to escalated situation alerts from security guard team with professionalism and expediency according to company protocol
• Mentors and supports security guard team in their efforts to meet contractual obligations and exceed client expectations
• Follows procedures for fire prevention, property patrol, and incident reporting
• Adheres to all Company service and operating standards
• Additional tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

• Valid NYS Security Guard License
• Current F-02 Certification (Certificate of Fitness for Fire Guard)
• Minimum 2 years of security guarding experience
• Completion of 16 HR OJT Class required by NYS Licensing Division
• Valid CPR-AED certification a PLUS
• HS Diploma or GED
• Exceptional work ethic
• Proficiency or fluency in the following languages is a plus:
  • Spanish, Arabic, French, English, Russian, Wolof, Turkish, Fulani, Chinese (Mandarin), Georgian
