Description
The Customer Service Manager drives and supports customer service excellence by implementing training programs, monitoring performance dashboards/KPIs, and ensuring our “One Hartung” experience of consistently exceptional customer service for all Hartung customers.
- Promote delivery of the ultimate customer experience through effective communication, collaboration and cooperation.
- Partner with operations and sales regarding service issues and customer concerns; ensure customers have accurate and timely information on order status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies through effective communications, coaching, training, and development.
- Provide leadership for problem resolution; facilitate faster improvements and improved working relationships. Mentor team members and coach on job responsibilities and role.
- Meet targets in customer care, process improvement, data integrity, quality performance and employee relations.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of all customer orders and related data.
- Gather and analyze ‘voice of the customer’ and behavioral information to understand why customers are satisfied/dissatisfied, along with their attitudes, motivations, product needs, etc., to develop insights into customer needs and behaviors.
Requirements
- College degree; or combination of related experience and/or training
- 3 years’ experience managing a team of Customer Service Representatives in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills that inspire customer service associates
- Prefer knowledge/experience with Fenevision or similar software packages
- Glass industry experience preferred
