HARTUNG GLASS INDUSTRIES is Hiring a CNC Programmer Near Wilsonville, OR

The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive experience using CNC machinery in a fabrication environment. The successful candidate will work closely with our production team to ensure that all products are built to specification and on time, demonstrating a strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with coworkers. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are energetic, reliable and have an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Program the computer to control the motion of machine tools.
  • Set up and operate computerized numerical control equipment.
  • Move blocks, shafts, and other pieces into position using cranes, hoists, and other machinery.
  • Conduct research on new technology, new products, or both.
  • Communicate with upper management and groups of employees about the company's products and services.
  • Train other employees to use computer-aided design, manufacturing systems, and related computer software.
  • Design new products.
  • Write computer programs to meet specific design requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
