The Ideal Candidate for this Position

Are you an aggressively friendly Customer Service Professional? This is the job for you! We are looking for an experienced Bartender, who can provide quality beverages, alongside of outstanding service to all guests at the Marriott Downtown Hartford. 

What You Will Be Doing

As an Opening Bartender, you would be responsible for bar set up, prep, making and serving beverages, as well as serving lunch to guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. 

Job Requirements

• Creating a Brillant hosting experience to all our guests.
• A friendly disposition and the ability to work as a team with others.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, in addition to weekdays is a must!
• Attention to detail very important
• Ability to keep a clean, stocked, work environment. 
• Bartending experience is required. 
• Previous hotel experience a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and be drug free

Schedule

This is not a Monday thru Friday job, in fact it requires a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, but it is for you if you love people and have the right attitude! This position is primarily an opener position. 11am start time.
