Full Job Description

Become a part of a growing team! 

The kitchen duties will be mostly but not limited to:

* Food prep, production, and meal service for weddings and events

Must have the following skills and experience:

* At least 2 years experience as a restaurant or banquet cook

* Weekend availability

* Serve Safe Certified

* POSITIVE attitude

* Excellent food presentation skills

* Excellent communication with FOH BOH

* Can take lead in the kitchen if needed

* Can follow recipes and presentations according to specifications

* Assist the chef with inventory and food vendor deliveries
