Harmony Venture Labs is Hiring an Associate Product Manager Near Birmingham, AL
Overview
The Associate Product Manager role is critical to the flow of new ideas through validation and eventual launch. As the APM, you will coordinate with the Venture Analyst and the Director of Product to participate in and manage the flow of new ideas through our studio process.
You will be primarily concerned with the earliest stages of ideation and validation with guidance and coaching from the Director of Product. A successful APM will deliver a robust pipeline of high-quality, validated product ideas to the Director of Product for evaluation and selection for development.
What You’ll Do
The APM will work closely with the Director of Product at Harmony Venture Labs to:
- Facilitate Ideation efforts alongside a Venture Analyst
- Idea Generation Prompts and research
- Leading ideation sessions
- Lead the Research Team in evaluating and validating candidate ideas for development
- Setting success metrics for validation efforts
- Working with the Research Team to design and implement GTM experiments
- Analyzing and reporting on results and insights
- Lead qualitative research efforts
- Develop a deep understanding of products, customers, underlying datasets/metrics, and future product opportunities
- Translating these insights into actionable recommendations and reports
- Work with the Director of Product to develop key product growth metrics and build dashboards to monitor progress on these metrics.
- The APM will be expected to report on product metrics performance at regular intervals.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to share insights and recommendations, answer questions and provide clarification to cross-functional teams.
- Monitor customer feedback channels and conduct product research to gather information from various sources and tools
