Harmony at Wescott Plantation is Hiring a Vice President of Sales Near Charleston, SC

STATEMENT OF JOB:

The Vice President of Sales will provide leadership and oversight of the revenue targets and sales functions for all HSS communities. The VP of Sales is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing sales strategy and achieving market targets. The VP of Sales oversees the due diligence process, market research, competitive analysis and acquisitions. This position serves as the lead sales representative for owners, investors and senior HSS management.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Operations:

  • Champion the values and culture of Harmony Senior Services while fostering an environment that makes customer service a top priority.
  • Develops annual sales strategic business plans to drive revenue and increase market share;
  • Assess market potential and identifies new business opportunities and synergies;
  • Provides expertise to HSS by building, developing and managing sales teams capable of carrying out strategies and tactics;
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results;
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the HSS customer base.
  • Set quality objectives, performance standards and priorities that are implemented and monitored across the company with respect to Sales;
  • Lead with compelling strategic vision that is in alignment with the organization's short and long-term goals;
  • Develop and execute a winning sales plan and go-to-market strategy for new and existing product lines;
  • Social media and web branding;
  • Collect and analyze market research, customer research, and competitive analysis;
  • Leverage customer insights to identify business opportunities and product strategies;
  • Propose projects that will increase market share and result in continued company growth;
  • Support pricing, business models, and product branding and organization;
  • Develop the go-to-market strategy, helping the sales force to understand product positioning, key benefits, and target customer needs;
  • Serve as the internal and external leader for all solutions, working with the sales team, support team, and key customers as necessary;
  • Oversee Regional and Community Sales teams;
  • Constantly monitor the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risks in order to recommend tactical strategies to facilitate sales excellence.
