We are seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Rochester, MI manufacturing facility.The CSR will communicate with customers via telephone and email concerning orders, shipments, and products. The CSR team functions as a central point of contact for the coordination of potential and existing customers’ requirements and expectation. We are looking for an eager professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in manufacturing, customer service, and ERP systems required. In addition to these skills, we are looking for an individual whose work ethic aligns with our Core Values: Accountability, Customer Focused, Teamwork, Integrity, & Innovation! The schedule is full time 40 hours/week Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
