Overview:
We are looking for a sharp, organized, reliable, motivated professional with superior attention to detail to join our team as an Office Administrator. This new team member will work in a team-oriented environment delivering a seamless and integrated approach to client service. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about client service and will use communications and relationship management skills to ensure an exceptional level of client satisfaction.
About Harkness Financial:
We are a financial planning and wealth management firm, located in Siskiyou County.
Duties:
-Understand and support Harkness Financial’s vision, mission, and strategy
-Prepare client and custodian paperwork
-Manage workflow of onboarding new clients
-Input accurate data into multiple systems (CRM, filing system, custodian sites, etc.)
-Research, follow-up, and resolve client inquiries through effective interaction with clients, account custodians, professional consultants, and other staff in a timely and professional manner
-Engage in teamwork and team building
Qualifications:
-Uncompromising ethical standards
-Associate degree or intent to complete the degree
-The aptitude to learn and understand the financial services industry
-Desire to further career in the financial services industry
-Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Ability to quickly master in-house financial planning portfolio management software
-Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients
-A highly collaborative work ethic for all aspects of client service
-Regularly interact with clients answering routine questions and service requests
-Maintain a “client-first” service focus
-Efficient in research, troubleshooting, task management, and follow up
-Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
-High degree of initiative
