Ideal Background

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field from an accredited university
  • 6 years of relevant experience in human resources and/or learning and development
  • Ability to collect, compile, analyze, and report data
  • Ability to define, track, and report metrics
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with Teammates of all levels
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, re-prioritizing as necessary to ensure successful, accurate, and timely completion
  • Ability to think critically and use sound judgement that aligns with organizational objectives
  • A commitment to professional, thorough, and effective communication
  • Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and be able to travel as needed with advance notice, including overnight trips, and in accordance with Hargrove’s COVID protocols with safety as a priority

What You'll Be Doing

This position calls for a candidate experienced in various aspects of Talent Development including, but not limited to:

  • Partnering with Leadership to identify development opportunities and priorities
  • Creating and delivering training on technical topics using various mediums
  • Creating compelling presentations and training materials
  • Facilitating presentations and discussions with groups of various size and knowledge levels, both in-person and via webinar
  • Evaluating program success and effectiveness
  • Creating and implementing surveys; compiling and presenting results
  • Coordinating events and related logistics

The successful candidate will also have extensive knowledge of adult learning and professional training trends, methods, and best practices; experience maintaining Learning Management Systems (LMS); and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
