Harder Mechanical is seeking an experienced QA/QC Inspector to join the team based on a job site in the Phoenix, AZ area. The QA/QC Manager will monitor and maintain the quality standards set forth by Harder Mechanical and ensure that all standards are met, comply with local and state regulations and continuously improve quality of work. The QA/QC Manager will work closely with other field team members to set quality standards, make suggestions to improve production without hindering quality of work. The QA/QC Manager will manage and supervise other QA/QC staff as assigned. 

There is no subsistence or per diem offered for the position; candidates must be local or willing to relocate at their own expense.

Job Requirements 

• Previous experience with structural and piping scopes 
• A current or previous AWS CWI or LEV II certification 
• This is a long-term, direct-hire position; the successful candidate will be assigned to an existing project with the potential for project opportunities beyond their originally assigned project
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen to work on the client site
• Candidates must be able to work locally at a job site in Phoenix, AZ or willing to relocate there at their own expense
