JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Certification:
- A bachelor’s degree or similar professional experience
Experience:
- 5 - 8 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field.
Knowledge:
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Skills/Abilities:
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Well versed in Agile/SCRUM or similar methodologies.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to write and execute well-structured SQL queries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
