Full Job Description 

HAP Investments LLC is currently looking for a full-time Interior/Renovations Project Manager for its New York City office. The Project Manager must have varying levels of experience managing apartments/single family's construction and renovations. This is an exciting and challenging career growth opportunity for the right individual. We want a person who can help us take our company to the next level.

Please only serious applicants with Project Management experience specifically. This is NOT a SUPERINTENDANT or SKILLED TRADE position.

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Independently manage multiple simultaneous renovation projects. 
• Create schedules, budgets, scope of work and ACRs for project and reporting to upper management. 
• Manage designer, interior designer, workers, and subcontractors. 
• Create proposals and scope of work for subcontractors. 

Qualifications and Experience 

• 3 years of experience in renovations and/or construction of single-family houses. 
• Strong communication skills required to interact with clients. 
• Skilled in review and analysis of construction of the project, monitoring adherence to construction documents.
• Experience leading all aspects of apartment cosmetic and gut renovations, with particular attention to details and finishes 
• Strong understanding of blueprints, job costs, accounting, budget, schedule, and change order management 
• Able to work independently on several jobs at the same time. 
• Ability to maintain professional & patient attitude under pressure. 
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Projects, Bluebeam and Procore. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bachelors in Engineering or Architecture 
• Spanish Speaking 
• Valid NY Driver’s License 
• Proficient in Autocad 

Job Type: Full Time 

Pay: $110,000 - $120,000
