Home improvement company is looking for estimators to join our team and help grow the company. We are a full service residential and commercial company offering all types of home repairs, improvement and remodeling.

We are currently seeking an ambitious, dependable, hard working Estimator to join our team.

Estimator will:
- provide estimates
- meet with customers to develop long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- follow through on leads provided by the company

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Plan, direct and coordinate bid proposal activities

Write detailed proposals.

Attend pre-bid meetings and walk-throughs.

Break down projects into functional stages.

Resource subcontractors, materials and equipment.

Develop and maintain relationships with local customer base

Requirements

Experience in home remodeling.

Experience in the roofing construction industry preferred.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Experience with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project is a plus

Ability to juggle multiple projects and keep each on schedule ensuring that all deadlines are met.

Ability to communicate well with all levels of employees within the company.

Must be flexible and enjoy working with a diverse group in a fast-paced environment.

Commission pay structure.
