Fulfillment Coordinators are responsible for providing pick, pack, ship, and down stocking functions. They are detail-oriented individuals who have a positive, can do attitude with excellent attention to detail.

The shift is Monday - Friday day shift, approx. 7:30am - 4pm

Essential Duties:

• Picks orders from shelves using pick tickets
• Neatly arranges and packages materials inside orders as requested by the customer
• Stocks necessary shipping supplies for use by the team
• Maintains quality of service by carefully following organization standards
• Reviews orders for accuracy prior to packing
• Maintains a safe and clean workspace by keeping shelves, pallet area and workstations clear of debris

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma and six months of pick, pack, and ship or fulfillment related work preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Forklift operator experience desired

Requirements

• Ability to pivot between various tasks while maintaining focus and attention to order details
• Experience working in a team environment while coordinating and sharing tasks
• Ability to work in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures and noise levels
•  Ability to adhere to and maintain safety, quality and production standards
• Effective oral and written communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Time management & prioritization skills
• Multi-tasking and working well under deadline pressure
• Projection of a positive and professional attitude
• Able to work overtime when required

Physical Requirements:

• Standing and walking for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Pushing and pulling up to 200 pounds with assistance of rolling carts
• Dexterity to successfully operate office machines
