Industrial Engineering Manager

About the role

This is an amazing opportunity for a supply chain professional with proven Industrial Engineering skills to manage the factory capacities for all the Haleon NA production workstreams ensuring that the business maximizes its potential activities and production output. The Industrial Engineering Manager role is fundamental and carry a tactical and strategical responsibility, which is key to drive performance and service. This position sits in Warren, NJ and reports to the NA Director of Network Operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Review Value Streams and related Process Flows, with an end goal of clear understanding of the installed capacity in our Internal Sites and CMOs, related bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

  • Review Engineering Specifications of Internal Sites lines manufacturing and packaging lines to provide the design output to our Internal Sites and expected efficiencies.

  • Acting as a Business Owner, defining and executing a standardized Capacity Management Process for our Internal Sites and CMOs.

  • In partnership with the internal Sites Planning Teams and CMOs SRTs. define the correct capacity to be used by the Planning Hub during the monthly planning cycles.

  • Develop management control systems to make financial planning and cost analysis more efficient.

  • Support the Long-Term Capacity Plan annual process and quarterly reviews.

  • In partnership with the Network Operations Leads, support the implementation of approved Insourcing initiatives moving products from External Sources (CMOs and overseas Haleon sites) into our Internal Sites and from Internal Sites to Internal Sites.

Qualifications and skills

·BA in Industrial Engineering (preferred)

·Supply Chain function understanding such as manufacturing flows, planning and master data

·Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

·Proven working experience in data analysis and Ability to assimilate large quantities of data

·Proficiency in Excel and Power BI

·Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Power Point

·Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications

·BA in Supply Chain / Engineering (other degrees)

·Supply Chain Financial understanding

·Power BI Certification

·PMP Certification

The salary range for this role is: $107,600 to $125,000 plus a 18% bonus.
