We are a close-knit group that works together to provide thebest service to both new and existing customers.As a Driver with Hajoca your specific duties will include but are notlimited to: •Driving a Hajoca truck and operating it safely in compliance with Companyrules and applicable laws and regulations•Safelyload and secure the truck prior to making deliveries•Unloadcorrect merchandise and place it where the receiving party dictates•Providesales leads by noting prospective customer names, addresses, or needsdiscovered throughout the course of daily deliveries•Inspectthe truck and required parts to determine safe operating condition prior todelivery and inform supervisor of any mechanical problems.•Assist teammembers in servicing customers Asa Warehouse teammate with Hajoca your specific duties will include, but are notlimited to:•Receive, count, and verify incoming shipments•Stockthe warehouse and maintain cleanliness, order and safety•Pickmaterials for orders, assemble and package the materials for shipment/pick up•Load/unloadtrucks and operate a forklift safely•Monitorinventory levels and stock depletions that could impact customer service•Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, andsafety. Remove empty cartons, pallets, and other debris. Inform immediatesupervisor of safety issues. Allinterested applicants must possess: •High school degree or equivalent•Be 21 years or older•Possess a proper and valid driver’s license•Possess a driving record that demonstrates good drivingskills•Know laws, rules, and regulations governing driving motorvehicles, as well as commercial vehicles subject to DOT regulations•Pass a DOT physical examination prior to employment andevery following two years for as long as you drive a company vehicle •The ability to learn to safely operate a forklift and othermaterial-handling equipment•Know of, apply, and practice safety precautions in awarehouse and material handling environment•Outstanding customer service and communication skills•The ability to maintainpositive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers Our ideal candidate will also: •Have, or quickly develop, a comprehensiveknowledge of product•Have 2 years’ experience in a delivery or material handlingenvironment•Possess the drive to assist team members with other tasks asrequired•Possess the ability to learn to safely operate a forkliftand other material-handling equipment•Possess basic computer literacyThe benefits of working with us:Although Hajoca is a large company, we work in a decentralized environmentwhere each of our locations, called Profit Centers, is run by the Profit CenterManager as if it was their own small business.
