Haivision is in a period of unprecedented growth and market transformation, and we are looking for an Account Executive to help drive our business and customer experience to the next level. 

We have expanded on our existing portfolio of video streaming technologies with the recent acquisitions bringing us a whole new capability set in Operations Centers and common operating picture workflows across Security Operations, Network Operations Centers, Real-Time Crime Centers, and other Operation Center workflows. 

The Account Executive is a key component of our account team, designed to grow our enterprise business and build our footprint in public safety. The Account Executive is a player/coach role and will be responsible for directly managing key accounts in the Northeastern United States.  

The ideal candidate is experienced in the Operations Center market or complimentary technologies such as significant enterprise-level audio-visual sales, video wall technology, and/or mission-critical streaming. A strong background in the public safety or state and local markets is preferred, but those who can demonstrate sales leadership in the Fortune 100 are also encouraged to apply. 

We’re open to both proven sales leaders who are comfortable directly managing key accounts as well as top sales performers looking to transition into a sales leadership role. The perfect candidate will coach themselves out of territory management!   A never-ending commitment to personal development is key. This is not a role for an individual who believes they are done growing. 

Responsibilities 

  • You will work with our largest and most challenging clients in both the enterprise and public safety markets to close complex deals and drive revenue and customer results. 
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the eastern US sales team, supporting their efforts to deliver their quotas and serving as their daily touch point. 
  • Co-ordinate with our partner management team to build territory maps, align to partner strengths, and develop a detailed sales plan for the eastern United States for yourself and our Eastern US sales team. 
  • Work with our global and field marketing teams to tailor corporate presentations and messaging to our sales goals and markets. 
  • Provide detailed forecasting for the Eastern US sales team to the Vice President of Enterprise Sales on a weekly basis. 

Qualifications

  • 10 Years’ Experience in consultative B2B says OR 3 Years Managing a consultative sales B2B team with 5 years of prior sales performance
  • Degree or Professional Certificate from post-secondary education or relevant, substitute experience required. 
  • Active-Duty Military experience strongly considered in lieu of degree. Military leadership experience, along with a proven sales background, strongly considered in lieu of sales leadership experience 
  • 10 years professional experience considered in lieu of degree. 
  • Background in Operations Centers, Complex Audio-Visual systems, Collaboration, Video Walls, or Enterprise-level internal streaming. 
  • Demonstrated ability to present complex technology and technical concepts. 
  • Must be able to demonstrate sound judgement. We are an all-remote sales team, and the right candidate must be trusted to work with little direct supervision. 
  • Candor is essential; we are a team that is built on personal responsibility and the concept of ownership. Clear, honest communicators are required. 
  • Must have a quiet, reliable workspace for use as a home office. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a key focus on being able to distill complex concepts into straightforward messages. 

Citizenship & Security Clearance Requirements 

  • U.S. Citizenship required. 
  • No security clearance is required for this role.
