Hacienda Mobile Home Sales is Hiring a Maintenance Worker Near Brownsville, TX
Hacienda Mobile Home Sales is looking to hire experienced Handy Person(s). In this role, the successful candidate will perform many different types of construction projects (see below). The ideal candidate will be able to work and travel to our residential park in Brownsville, TX. This is a great opportunity that offers competitive salary and opportunity for advancement.
NOTICE: THIS POSITION CONTAINS LOTS OF OUTSIDE WORK, EXPOSURE TO SUN. HYDRATING FLUIDS ARE PROVIDED.
ON JOB TOOLS WILL BE PROVIDED.
TYPES OF WORK PERFORMED:
- Handy Person Work
- Drywall
- Painting
- Basic Plumbing Skills
- Cleaning
- Grounds keeping
- Training for additional duties provided
MUST HAVES:
- Fluent in English or Spanish
- Experience in one or more of the types of work performed
- Desire to work weekly
- Ability to lift heavy things (50lbs or more)
