Summary

ERP Administrator ensures the reliable performance of ERP systems. Troubleshoots and resolves any ERP related software, user access or other problems. The ERP Administrator participates in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test and implement ERP systems and applications.

Principle Duties and Areas of Responsibility:

• Works as a system analyst with key personnel to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions.
• Works with end-users to analyze, design, construct and implement small applications in support of regular business operations; documents applications and provide cross-functional training as needed.
• Extract and manipulate data from Epicor for use by the business.
• Assist in developing procedures to ensure integrity of Epicor system and databases.
• Assist in ensuring that external/internal regulations and policies governing data management are met, including regulations concerning security, audit, and privacy.
• Perform daily monitoring and troubleshooting of the Epicor System in a timely manner.
• Epicor Patch testing, installation, and implementation.
• Maintains liaisons with business, technical staff, and extended support organizations for resolution of Epicor issues or questions.
• Provide general technical support in the absences of the regular IT Specialist.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Three to five years of experience supporting an ERP system.
• Three or more years of increasingly responsible experience in an information technology environment.
• Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
