* Minimum of 1 year inside sales phone experience

* Must be Bilingual Spanish and English

* Must have excellent phone etiquette

* Thorough working knowledge of MS Office Suite

* Demonstrated success providing excellent customer service

* MUST have a positive CAN-DO attitude!

**Ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:**

**Responsibilities:**

The Inside Sales Associate will support our customer retention effort by providing excellent support customer support.

* Respond to customer inquiries via: web, email, and/or telephone

* Assist customers with questions regarding their accounts, faxing and emailing invoices and statements

* Oversee scheduling of call center employees, monitor call center phone queues throughout the day and ensure all queues have appropriate agents logged in

* Assist the AR department with collection calls, posting payments, reconciling cash reports

* Provides technical advice, troubleshoots, & finds solution to the customer's problem

**Physical Requirements:**

* Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach with arms, talk, and hear

* Regularly lift and or move up to twenty (20) pounds unassisted
