Job Summary:
Do you have a passion for Cloud technologies, Monitoring, Observability, and Automation? Cloud Engineers work closely with architects, application development and cloud delivery teams to develop and maintain automation and self-service solutions that support H&R Block application teams. This position uses state of the art tools, languages, coding standards and best practices to develop new features and capabilities. You will be challenged to continuously improve our automation and self-service capabilities through innovation with a goal of simplification to improve the developer experience and enable efficiencies that unlock great technology and business outcomes.
About the Job:
Develop automation platforms responsible for delivering monitoring and observability for cloud infrastructure and systems.
Design/Implement self-service platforms using modern tools while working closely with App/Dev teams to facilitate monitoring and observability at scale.
Serve as a thought leader incorporating DevOps practices for monitoring and observability.
