Job Brief:The Sales Executive will help small business owners match their needs to the right products and services offered by Block Advisors by H&R Block. Many small business owners find tax, bookkeeping, and payroll very complex and cumbersome and it’s our purpose to provide help so they can focus on what they love doing.Job Summary:In this role, the Sales Executive will identify potential clients through prospecting activities, consult with prospects to identify which business services will solve their business challenges, create sales opportunities, and ultimately sell those services to new and existing clients. As a Small Business, Sales Executive, you will be a critical part of a brand-new inside sales team that’s helping deliver transformational growth for the organization. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • You will identify potential clients through prospecting and referrals, and drive the adoption of our service offerings to interested small business owners
  • You own your pipeline of leads and everything about them. Your sales are our growth. You will nurture leads beyond consultation where necessary, keeping the sales funnel robust, prioritized, and growing
  • You will be an important player in building and improving processes and infrastructure for our sales cycle
  • Record all account, contact, and sales activities in CRM in a timely manner
  • Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales activity and sales targets
  • Communicate regularly with sales management on progress
  • Consistently provide an accurate monthly forecast to sales management
  • Establish customer relationships that enable you to be viewed as a trusted advisor
Work closely with Account Managers to support effective new client onboarding
