- Lead planning and forecasting process for Financial Services, Marketing and Legal organizations
- Support Spruce and key financial products initiatives as part of Block Horizons strategy
- Primary Finance contact for C-suite leaders who lead Financial Services, Marketing and Legal teams
- Report monthly variance analysis by creating bridge schedules and system reporting via Workday and Adaptive
- Assist with board deck presentations for Board of Director meetings
- Manage, train and develop staff of two analysts
- Identify and drive process efficiencies across the organization, including but not limited to, forecasting processes and financial system utilization (i.e. drivers, calculations, etc.)
