Job Overview - How You'll Contribute:

We are looking for Customer Service driven Team Members who want to create a Best-In-Class experience for our Customers! In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Team as a Sales Support Agent assisting Customers who have recently purchased vehicles. Pay $16/hour.

• Assist Customers with setting up and understanding their vehicle features.
• Ensure all vehicle equipment is present.
• Proactively prepare for all deliveries.
• Follow work plan; make phone calls to Customers, provided to you by the Vehicle Exchange Specialist.
• Assist in Customer Satisfaction Surveys follow-up phone calls.
• Inspect inventory for accuracy.
• Restock inventory.

Qualifications - What You Need to be Successful:

• Excellent communication and Customer Service skills.
• Great computer/technology skills.
• Operate a motor vehicle cautiously and safely when moving in all directions (driving forward, backing up, and turning).
• High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Detail oriented.
• Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
