H&H Color Lab is one of the largest single facility professional photography labs in the nation, engaged in both the high-end portrait and wedding market and the high-volume school, sports and events market. H&H Color Lab is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler. The Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for receiving and moving inbound shipments to the warehouse or specific departments, properly place items for storage and access, move material around as needed. This position will also be rotating from the warehouse to the woodshop to cut raw material using power tools.

Rate of pay is: $15/hour. 

Regular Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Essential Job Duties: 

• Accept delivery of all inbound shipments; verifies material and quantity. 
• Receive deliveries in system and matches Kanban cards to material.
• Distribute materials with Kanban card to the appropriate destination.
• Move, stock, transport and deliver materials throughout the plant.
• Updating the product inventory as products are received and added to the inventory.
• Accurately cut wood, metal, acrylic and other raw material with power tools.
• Trim finished products as requested by the production team. 
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all established Standard Work procedures established by the Company.
• Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing to comply with all safety laws and all of H&H Color Lab’s safety policies and rules. Must be willing to report safety violations and potential safety violations to appropriate management.
• All other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

• Able to read, write, and interpret instructions in English at a level normally acquired through a high school education.
• Able to count, compute basic math and use a tape measure.
• Able to safety operate the following machinery: Metal Sheer, Table Saw, Band Saw, Stapler/Nail Gun, Challenge Cutter, Laminator, Pallet Jack, and other power tools.
• Able to perform certain tasks on a frequent and repetitive basis including, but not limited to, walking, carrying up to 30 pounds, standing, kneeling, squatting, pushing, sitting, reaching,, and pulling. 

Attendance Requirements:

• Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance.
• Must be able to work overtime as necessary.
