Reports to: Customer Service Supervisor

Classification: Non-Exempt

Job Summary: The Receptionist/Customer Service Associate will support the Customer Service Supervisor by performing a full range of day-to-day administrative duties including assisting with communications, customer service, and other office clerical duties. This associate must be a pleasant, enthusiastic, well-spoken individual with a customer comes first attitude. This position is fast-paced and the associate must be able to deal with a variety of tasks at one time.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Answers, screens, and directs incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
• Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
• Maintaining our incoming email system.
• Scans customer orders and shop prints using an electronic onbase scanning system.
• Assist with order entry when needed.
• Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
• Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
• Responsible for filing incoming paperwork on a daily basis.
• Support customer service when needed.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• Office experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
