Description
Performs various maintenance duties and handles service requests requiring technical labor skills including, but not limited to HVAC repairs and adjustments, electrical installations, plumbing, pool maintenance, light carpentry/construction, dry-walling, painting, vinyl repair and installation, as well as appliance repairs. Works as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure quality maintenance standards set by the Company are met and exceeded.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is required. 3 to 5 years of verifiable hands-on technical work experience in the areas of plumbing, electrical, carpentry/construction, HVAC, etc. preferred. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, must exhibit at all times compliance with GWR Management Customer Service policy to customers and coworkers.
Hand tools normally used in construction, maintenance and landscaping including, but not limited to, hedge trimmer, power floor cleaner, carpet shampoo machine, paint sprayer, power drain cleaner, chain saw, key machine, and all chemicals associated with maintenance and landscaping essential job functions. Motorized vehicles. Valid driver’s license and good driving record along with auto insurance required. EPA Certification required.
