Applications are being accepted by the City of Gulf Shores to fill the part time position of Customer Service Representative in the Recreation and Cultural Affairs Department; Bodenhamer Division. This position provides information about facility, programs and City
wide events to visitors and members. Answers telephone, greets the public;
receives and refers messages, and routes complaints to appropriate person. Registers
and processes registrations for members. Assists with other duties as assigned.
This position may alternate work schedule at different locations including the
Bodenhamer Center, Tennis Center, and Cultural Center. Customer Service Representative 2022.doc
Qualifications: Must have high school diploma or its equivalent due to the required
knowledge, skills and abilities for this position. Must possess interpersonal
skills to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers. Must have a valid driver's license. Must pass a
background check, including MVR, and physical and drug screening if considered
for hire. Must be available to work nights and weekends. Starting hourly rate: $15.52
