Gulf Coast Jewish Family & Community Services is Hiring a Quality Improvement Specialist Near Clearwater, FL

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Quality Improvement Specialist is an exempt position responsible for monitoring and evaluating programs and services; establishing and implementing internal control systems to monitor compliance; ensuring performance and efficiency.

  • Conduct quality program reviews.
  • Prepare monitoring reports.
  • Assist and support programs to identify areas of needed improvement and best practices.
  • Ensure Corrective Action Plans, external and internal, are developed and submitted; monitor the process to ensure completion of the corrective action plan.
  • Review all significant incidents and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor compliance with accreditation, standards and regulations that are required by the agency and assigned programs.
  • Assist the Director in funder related activities including audits and meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • High school diploma or equivalent to include four (4) years of relevant experience working in a human service field.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; strongly desirable
  • Computer literate and competent using Microsoft Office as well as other computer software and systems utilized by the agency
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Must have a valid drivers' license and auto insurance.
