Responsibilities
- Candidates should be passionate, motivated, and organized individuals that have a desire to work in a fast paced environment equipped with a great, positive attitude.
- Implement curriculum while developing materials, resources and lesson plans.
- Assessing children and evaluating bench markers while noting progress.
- Communicate with staff, students and parents on child development related matters.
- Working with a team of staff members to provide quality childcare that reinforces learning and growth.
- Ensuring the safety of our students at all times while adhering to our company standards and procedures.
- Candidates should possess at least one year experience within a child care setting.
- A CDA, Associates or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Compensation contingent on experience and educational background.
- Should possess a valid driver's license with reliable mode of transportation.
- Benefits available after probabtionary period.
- Candidates must be punctual and reliable to be at the Center by 6:15am Monday through Friday.
