What You Will Do *:
The Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Senior Analyst will assist the US Army to modernize its business processes and prepare to implement a new enterprise-level IT system. The role will involve assessing areas for process improvement and operational effectiveness, and providing technical support ensuring readiness for organizational changes, such as implementation of a redefined structure, policy, processes, and/or technologies.
Specific duties will include:
- Coordinates and studies the workflow of process improvement projects.
- Collaborates with team to provide process improvement recommendations and to implement process improvement solutions.
- Conduct organizational studies and evaluations; support design of organizational structures; conduct work simplification, work measurement, and behavioral studies to assist the client in improving organizational efficiency.
- Provides direct support to technical and operational activities.
- Identifies sources of relevant information and data. Directs the activities of other analysts in the analysis of data and information.
- Alerts key personnel of operational problems and suggest potential solutions or methods for collecting additional information.
- Assists in the development of technical and operational documents and plans.
- Assists in the implementation of technical and operational activities.
What You Will Need *:
- Have or able to obtain a Secret clearance
- Experience with the DoD and Army environment
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated experience and ability to apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization and improvement projects with minimal oversight.
What Would Be Nice To Have *:
- PMP, LSS, other process improvement methodologies, and/or Agile certifications
- Familiarity with Army business processes and/or Army business enterprise architecture
- Experience with SAP products, particularly S4 HANA
The annual salary range for this position is $86,100.00-$172,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
