Requirements: 

  • Experience: 7-9 years of job-related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • Additional Skills: Experience with MS D365 or AX (required). Experience in CPG (preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

The Senior BSA, Finance will analyze and understand daily operations related to the Finance department in order to improve department and company efficiency using MS D365 and other relevant applications. Maximize system capabilities by designing and executing new development, customizations, and upgrades to the ERP system that will provide long term solutions. Understand and monitor all software integrations between the ERP system and external systems as they relate to Finance.

  • Collaborate with Finance department heads and subject matter experts to understand and analyze the operational needs and opportunities for business process improvements including automations within D365.
  • Gather detailed requirements from end users and key stakeholders for new development and customizations to the ERP system. Provide mapping and documentation for all new development and business processes as needed.
  • Triage issues and concerns by conducting root cause analysis, providing immediate support, and designing long term solutions to mitigate recurring issues.
  • Utilize business knowledge and systems expertise to make recommendations for systematic solutions and process automations using both D365 and relevant external applications. Provide an assessment on ROI, profitability, and efficiencies that will be created through the proposed solutions.
  • Communicate the business requirements to third party developers through the creation of Functional Design Documents (FDD), process maps, and flow charts.
  • Partner with the IT Project Manager and SMEs to create test scripts and facilitate training and testing for all end users to ensure proper sign off and understanding before deploying new functionality.
  • Ensure that all systems integrated to the ERP system are compliant and in line with company goals and specific deliverables.
  • Train end users on new development and relevant existing functionality within the ERP system.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle management of any new developments requested by or affecting the Finance department.
  • Maintain data integrity within D365 and relevant third-party applications and provide data or reporting as needed to support with audit requests.

  • Problem-solving; ability utilize strong business acumen and systems knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of functional, system based and security driven issues

  • Expert level knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Job Details: 

  • Work Hours: Monday through Friday, business hours
  • Work Attire: Use good judgment, keeping in mind the nature of their work, their safety and the safety of others, and their need to interact with the public. 
  • Pay Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00
