GSW Sports, LLC is Hiring a HRIS Administrator Near San Francisco, CA

About the Position

The Golden State Warriors are looking for an organized and proactive HRIS Administrator to help grow our People Operations function. In this role, you will provide functional and technical expertise to lead a broad range of HRIS activities including process implementation, configuration, auditing, troubleshooting, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have incredible attention to detail with great service orientation and an ability to manage a high volume of tasks with little supervision. This position will initially report to the SVP, People & Culture with day-to-day work directed by the HRIS Analyst.

This is full-time role based onsite in San Francisco, CA.

Willingness and ability to provide proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination will be required. All religious, medical, or other legally recognized exemptions regarding vaccination status will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users; manage support inbox and address all inquiries
  • Assist with, and sometimes lead, the implementation of new modules and/or software systems
  • Work closely with IT team to prepare for and support integrations (e.g., Kronos, Workato, NetSuite, Adaptive, etc.)
  • Research capabilities within systems and apply modifications as needed
  • Stay up to date with new system releases and upgrades
  • Audit system data, in both Kronos and UKG, to ensure consistency, accuracy and integrity; prioritize and act on resolving data integrity issues and opportunities for continuous improvements and standardization for supported applications
  • Assist with the creation of documentation and training of others on standard operating procedures and system functionality to ensure operational excellence
  • Work with vendor customer support personnel on a regular basis to correct data and workflow issues
  • Identify areas of improvement in system configuration and deployment, and determine system and process enhancements and improvements
  • Create custom fields (e.g., t-shirt sizes, exit interview groupings, trainings, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of HRIS or analytics experience
  • 1-3 years implementing and integrating new people technology systems, preferably UKG
  • Understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills)
  • Ability to translate technical topics and complex information to non-technical audiences
  • Proven track record exercising sound judgment and discretion with sensitive data; agile and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to exert organizational influence and work collaboratively to problem-solve
