Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Reporting to: AZ Director of Operations
Location: Avondale, Phoenix
Job Purpose
Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfil customer needs. Responsible for providing product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience working as a Customer Service Representative and/or general office environment.
