Engaging with external parties provides an overall benefit to GSK but not without certain risks if not properly governed. As the Compliance Governance Manager, you will be a key player in critical Compliance processes including Fee For Service (FFS), Grants and system implementations. You will work closely with cross functional teams across multiple business units to make strategic decisions.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Accountable to ensure compliance in all FMV evaluations and documentation while compiling a repository of meaningful FMV benchmark sources to improve and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FMV process
  • Lead Fair Market Value Analysis for various FFS arrangements across various business functions and franchise
  • Maintain and organize all FMV documentation to allow for audits preparedness and repository of FMV benchmarks
  • Drive grants tracking and approval process including weekly and monthly reporting. Support opportunity and pipeline management to include reporting and metrics for major giving; ensuring relevant information is accurately captured and presented for business visibility.
  • Develops and implements internal processes to support ongoing compliance with grant terms and conditions; develops grant management best practices and creates documentation and materials to standardize those practices through training and continuous advice and support.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders in the Fee for Service process to drive improvements and efficiencies in bringing programs to market.
  • Project manage key system implementations, providing fit for purpose guidance on process and regulatory requirements.
  • Support medical development and execution of Risk Management Plan
  • Serve as the point for key medical governance meetings (DAC, RMCB) and drive the agenda and facilitation of relevant topics.
  • Work closely with the Manager of Communications to drive key enterprise messages through the Medical organization and ensure they are fit for purpose.
  • Develop materials to ensure stakeholders are periodically educated on FFS/Grant/Sponsorships expectations and requirements

Why you?

 Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of experience working in one or more of the following areas: regulatory and compliance, audit, consulting, financial advisory, enterprise risk management and other related services
  • Experience in one or more of the following: third party due diligence, ethics and compliance programs, risk and controls, process management or change management

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Confidence and poise to work directly with senior business partners, internal teams and other GSK leaders
  • Proven ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management, organization, prioritization and time management skill
  • Demonstration of good judgment and effective decision making in applying expertise
  • Strong communication, planning and project management skills
  • Strong business acumen with an exceptional understanding of Sales & Marketing needs, pharmaceutical distribution channels, specialty pharmacy providers, payors and reimbursement, patient access assistance programs, government pricing
  • Finance and/or accounting experience
