We have an immediate need for a Program Analyst in support of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency's (DARPA) Biological Technologies Office (BTO). The ideal candidate needs to have excellent writing skills, be able to multi-task, pick up new concepts quickly, readily handle tasks ranging from briefing support to general administration and will be adept at providing written as well as tactful reminders of deadlines and schedule slips. Excellent organization, communication, and coordination are required. Discretion, strong spelling and grammar skills, attention to detail and ability to organize last minute and often high-profile taskers is a must. Responsibilities: Providing support to BTO assisting other SETA’s in the Front Office with BAA coordination and New Start development/tracking activities Assist in the coordination of the BAA process for BTO, and in the planning, coordination, and tracking of new start programs Drafting of new start documentation such as BAAs, Special Notices and other source selection documentation as well as assisting in the monitoring and tracking from solicitation to award and ensuring coordination and communication among all office leadership The Program Analyst should be able to manage multiple disparate moving parts and respond quickly to often changing priorities in a team-oriented environment Required Experience: Active DoD Secret Clearance B.S. degree or higher, desired in a field related to business, accounting, finance, science, and/or engineering 3 years of relevant experience For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
