JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sales Executive Lead will be primarily responsible for supporting the Business Development (Sales) and Marketing teams with new lead generation and for maintaining the prospect database. The Sales Executive Lead will get an opportunity to learn various softwares in the industry and to work with a highly professional and experienced global team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifying potential contacts in SAP, ERP Solutions, Business Intelligence, Analytics and similar Services markets and consistently building the database.
  • Running structured email campaigns
  • Communicating and reaching out to prospects on multiple channels
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and relationships and/or set up meetings to support the business development/sales team
  • Producing high-quality leads for our business services and products 
  • Upselling new products / services creating campaigns to existing clients
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing and/or demand generation initiatives
  • Nurturing leads and ensuring prospects move from marketing funnel to sales funnel
  • Targeting international sales in the enterprise market segment 
  • Quality research and analysis of targeted accounts
  • Reaching weekly/monthly targets

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail. Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Confident, ambitious, meticulous and driven
  • Proactive, self-starter, sense of urgency, and attention to deadlines
  • Highly agile, curious and resourceful in the industry
  • Ability to manage several projects and/or tasks at once, set priorities, be flexible and work in a composed manner under pressure environment
  • Understanding of the global IT products (ERP Solutions, Business Intelligence, Analytics) and services markets

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have Knowledge in (SAP, ERP Solutions, Business Intelligence, Analytics) and services markets.
  • 5-10 years of experience as an Inside Sales associate in the B2B domain – services and products for the global enterprise segment 
  • Bachelor Degree in relevant areas (i.e-Inside Sales, Marketing)
  • Proficiency in working with Google Workspace Suite and Lead Tracking tools such as Fresh Works/CRM
