The role: The DevOps Engineer III will work with a highly collaborative team. This position will focus on building, scaling, and monitoring various Groups360’s applications. The DevOps Engineer III will actively collaborate in the transformation of our software and infrastructure delivery process by providing tools that facilitate releases, maintenance, monitoring and will create the transformation of our software and infrastructure delivery process. This person will focus on building a culture and practice that leads to improving product quality, automation delivery and infrastructure changes.

What you will do:

• Build infrastructure for scalable global production system as well as multiple non-production environments.
• Create and manage provisioning scripts to create servers and networking components (e.g. Terraform or equivalent).
• Create and manage Unix scripting needs on servers.
• Manage the CI/CD pipeline, including configuration and scripting needs.
• Identify manual processes that can be automated.
• Develop and maintain documentation.
• Responsible for the development of complex, high performance data solutions, including design, analysis, coding, testing and integration of structured and unstructured data.
• Design, implement, maintain, and utilize systems for our cloud platform with a strong focus on monitoring, alerting, forecasting, troubleshooting, and automated mitigation.
• Develop scripts and automation tools used to build, integrate, and deploy software releases to various platforms and maintain and enhance automated scripts.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to define infrastructure and deployment requirements.

Education and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 4 years DevOps Engineer experience.
• Unix Admin Experience.
• Experience with designing and deploying AWS services like Elastic Computer (EC2), Storage (S3, EBS, EFS, Glacier and AWS Storage Gateway) and RDS.
• Python Shell, Bash, Perl or other scripting language experience
• Docker/Kubernetes or other container experience
• 4 years - CI/CD tooling experience such as Jenkins, GitHub, BitBucket
• 3 years of AWS experience
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux environment.
• 3 years Experience in Infrastructure-as-a-code (Terraform / CloudFormation etc).
• 2 years experience hands-on Monitoring and Alerting.
• Strong Knowledge about DevOps best practices.
• Knowledge about DevSecOps best practices.

Core Business Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F, HYBRID; these hours may vary depending upon your position and work requirements.
