The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $100,000 to $230,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications. ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is responsible for the oversight and implementation of advanced analytics approaches to enable data driven decision making and insight creation on behalf of clients. Collaboration and coordination with internal teams is required to maintain and improve processes and refine methodologies to help them achieve their respective goals. An ideal candidate should be a critical, outside-of-the-box thinker who is passionate about solving complex problems and has a visionary approach to leadership.

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Responsible for the career development, training, and management of talented individuals by providing effective oversight, coaching, and guidance. Will serve as an escalation point for team members.
  • Distill complex measurement strategies/methodologies into a digestible narrative for clients
  • Manage and help grow analytics support across all business units on Ford and Lincoln
  • Supervise, train and mentor experienced and junior digital analysts
  • Identify measurement opportunities, research and/or advanced analytics that supports our clients’ marketing objectives.
  • Use Statistical and Data Mining methods to project and explain campaign performance
  • Act as primary day-to-day contact on insights and analytics to digital and traditional media managers and clients
  • Manage project timelines and deliverable schedules and share concerns about deliverables, timelines, and issues with project managers and director
  • Consult client teams on strategic decisions based on data & insights
  • Develop analytics proposals and strategies to present to clients
  • Identify and partner with external measurement vendors and third-party data providers
  • Liaise directly with Product Development to create measurement methodologies for developing products and offerings
  • Communicate directly with Product Strategy to develop and increase adoption of measurement methodologies for existing omnichannel and vertical strategies
  • Identify data gaps for clients and recommend how to fill them by thoroughly understanding the third-party measurement space.
  • Work closely with the Partnerships team to develop exclusive, first look access, testing or best in class partnerships with third party measurement partners where appropriate.
  • Vet, integrate and transition new platforms/technology that will support or enhance existing or future Analytics offerings

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in relevant field (Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Decision Science)
  • 8 years’ work related experience
  • Thorough understanding of programmatic tools and the industry. Experience working with DSPs and DMPs required.
  • Strong analytical orientation
  • Clear and effective communicator; excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert knowledge of Excel and the Google Stack (DCM, DV360, ADH, BigQuery, etc)
  • Experience working with cookie and log level data
  • Additional desirable skills include relevant coding experience (SQL, R, Python), work with data analysis platforms, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience working with online research sources
The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $75,000 to $180,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
