Oversee a team of production chemists. Responsible for training, scheduling and manufacturing of highly regulated reagents for use in the BioPlex 2200 diagnostic product line. Management of resources, including personnel, equipment and facilities, to meet production plan. Responsible for continuous improvement, equipment planning and operator training within the team to fulfill long term production plans including increased volume and New Products Introduced. Daily measurement of output and active countermeasures to address gaps. Serves as an active member of production leadership team in support of BioPlex 2200, EIA, and IFA product lines at Seattle Operations.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $87,800 to $120,700 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
