Responsibilities

• Performing critical accounting functions
  • Accounts payable review
  • Accounts receivable review
  • Bank account reconciliations
  • General ledger entries
  • General ledger reconciliations
  • Generating and analyzing financial reports
  • Budget and forecast preparation and review
• Supporting operations in accounting related matters
  • Providing financial reporting
  • Reviewing quotes
  • Reviewing costs
  • Reviewing sales
  • Reviewing invoices
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education:

• College degree in Accounting/Finance or 4 years relevant experience

Desired Skills:

• Financial Statement preparation and general ledger reconciliation
• Budgeting/forecasting
• Strong organization skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong user abilities in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to learn and work with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
• Ability to follow work instructions and procedures
• Excellent math skills
• Problem solving ability
