Pink Shell is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer. The Maintenance Engineer provides advanced technical repairs and maintenance to all resort systems, equipment and physical features.

What are we looking for?
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 5 years experience in general maintenance which includes: Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- 2 years experience in refrigeration/ HVAC
- Ability to climb ladders, walk up and down the stairs while carrying heavy items, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Has experience with small hand tools such as drills, grinders, and saws
- Has flexibility and ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and Holidays
What would my job responsibilities be?
- Repair and maintain all kitchen, laundry, and pool equipment
- Maintain, repair, and program all HVAC equipment
- Repair interior and exterior finishes
- Test, operate and maintain building emergency systems
- Ensure that all electrical and mechanical rooms in the main shop operate in a safe, secure manner
- Use lock-out tag-out procedures whenever required
- Repair and maintain all ice machines, refrigeration systems, all electrical and natural gas distribution systems
- Specify and order tools, parts, materials, and supplies to support all major equipment and systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all equipment
- Ensure staff works safely with proper lifting techniques, clothing, eye, and hearing protection
- Perform any other duties as assigned
