We’re now hiring for a Customer Service Manager at Dar-Tech Inc. in Cleveland, OH!

Pay: $50,000-$70,000 a year

Typical day in the life as a Customer Service Manager:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the customer service department.
  • Responding to customer issues within a professional and timely manner.
  • Creating effective customer service policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining the ERP system, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up to date.
  • Ensuring the files and sharing software is organized and accurate.
  • Working closely with Sales, Operations and Finance, to insure seamless business experience.
  • Maintaining proper customer service staffing and forecasting new positions.
  • Completing and guide all new hires with the completion of their on-boarding documents.
  • Managing the budget for the customer service department.
  • Training and continuously improving programs for the department.
  • Communicating all pertinent information from customers, principals, and internal information to customer service staff.
  • Complete and direct performance reviews and any disciplinary actions needed in the department.
  • Developing customer satisfaction goals, to improve the level of customer service provided to our customers.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

What we are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred not required
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Customer Service Manager
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Industrial/ Distribution industry
