Pay: $50,000-$70,000 a year
Typical day in the life as a Customer Service Manager:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the customer service department.
- Responding to customer issues within a professional and timely manner.
- Creating effective customer service policies and procedures.
- Maintaining the ERP system, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up to date.
- Ensuring the files and sharing software is organized and accurate.
- Working closely with Sales, Operations and Finance, to insure seamless business experience.
- Maintaining proper customer service staffing and forecasting new positions.
- Completing and guide all new hires with the completion of their on-boarding documents.
- Managing the budget for the customer service department.
- Training and continuously improving programs for the department.
- Communicating all pertinent information from customers, principals, and internal information to customer service staff.
- Complete and direct performance reviews and any disciplinary actions needed in the department.
- Developing customer satisfaction goals, to improve the level of customer service provided to our customers.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
What we are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred not required
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Customer Service Manager
- 1-2 years’ experience in Industrial/ Distribution industry
