We arecurrently seeking a full-time Carpenter join our team in Cleveland, OH.

Pay: $17-$25/ hour based on experience and qualifications

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8am-430pm
• Overtime available
• On-call service needed **generous bonus will apply**

Responsibilities:

• Complete repair orders in a timely manner
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in carpentry required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
