Group Management Services is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Near cleveland, OH

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Galvin Therapy Center is a well-established and growing multidisciplinary outpatient therapy center in Northeast Ohio. We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team in our Warrensville Heights, OH and Avon, OH locations!
This person will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to facilitate behavior programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, while also recognizing how each client’s individual development impacts the therapeutic process.
Pay: $60,000-$75,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Complete assessments including the VB-MAPP, AFLS, ESDM and FBAs.
  • Independently develop treatment plans to specifications of funding source and company.
  • Develop teaching programs based on skills assessments conducted.
  • Utilize positive approach, least intrusive and least restrictive methodology.
  • Base decisions upon the best available evidence and in conjunction with multidisciplinary team, with considerations for clinical expertise, client values, and context.
  • Provide training and technical assistance to carry out recommendations and plans, which shall occur within the settings in which the recommendations, home treatment, or support plans are to be carried out.
  • Supervise RBTs, practicum students, and extended team members as required.
  • Adhere to professional and ethical compliance code.

Requirements:

  • A Master’s Degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education/ special education, speech pathology, occupational therapy, or a related field preferred
  • Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Senior BCBA candidates must have at least 2 years leadership experience
