We are looking for a full-time knowledgeable Billing Specialist to join our Canton team. If you are someone who is an Accounts Receivable expert and have experience leading a team, this is the role for you!

Schedule:

Store hours vary depending on season
Usual store hours 7:30am - 5 or 6pm
Opening and closing shifts are required
Working some Saturdays and some holidays are required

What will you do:

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming payments received via mail or in person. Sort mail and ensure bank deposits are made daily.
• Maintaining billing system connected to all areas of the labor workforce; correctly preparing and sending invoices to customers for goods and services.
• Assist in (eventually be in charge of) all aspects of monthly billing/statements. Including creating invoices, data entry/recording, account balance and mailing, and ensuring payment of outstanding invoices.
• Assist labor supervisors with correspondence to current and prospective customers; proposals, contracts, payments, etc.
• Perform any cashier duties on the sales floor as needed.

What you need to be successful:

• 2 years of experience managing, training or supervising a team
• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance preferred
• Great attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Strong customer service skills.
• Willing to submit a pre-employment drug screen
