Falls Stamping & Welding is looking for a part-time Accounts Receivable Associateto join our team who can work in a fast-paced environment out of our Cuyahoga Falls, OH Facility.
The focus of the Account Receivable Associate will be to manage all accounts receivable activities in the office to include preparation, review, and maintenance of records by performing the following duties

Shifts:
- Up to 30 hours a week
Job Duties:
- Performs daily billing functions; generates invoices for mailing and initiates shipping orders for back orders.
- Prepares and posts cash receipts to customer accounts daily.
- Investigates discrepancies and debit memos to accurately process, issue, and post credits/debits to customer accounts as necessary.
- Maintains all records and files and backup documentation related to accounts receivable.
- Prints and reviews an aging report on a weekly basis.
- Initiates, tracks, and maintains all records/files associated with collection activities for each account to include negotiated payment schedules, telephone call documentation and collection letters.
- Ensures company adherence to credit policies and procedures for consistent handling of collection matters to maintain good customer relations.
- Maintains accurate customer information in database according to company procedures.
- Researches and responds to all accounts receivable inquiries in a prompt manner.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required
- Prior Accounts Receivable or related experience preferred.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 90 percent of the time while operating their computer and performing office work.
- Must regularly move up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Communicates well with others
