Wojcik Builders Inc. is looking for a dependable, responsible, and punctual Full Time or Part Time Accounts Payable Coordinator with a strong work ethic to join our rapidly growing team!

Along the way, we’ve helped owners create sound structures that serve as model business facilities and growth incubators in Northeast Ohio and the surrounding region.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answer phones
- Set up projects in Sage, Exact time GPS. Enter Purchase Orders, match to invoices, weekly check run.
- Payment reconciliations including subcontractor invoices, retainage, employee expenses to credit cards
- Collect lien waivers, W-9’s, certificates of insurance and subcontractor/vendor forms.
- Assist in pulling various reports for Credit card usage and yearend AP reports for accountant.
- Employee onboarding and benefits coordination.
Candidates Qualifications:
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Responsible dependable and on time
- Detail and goal oriented
- Advanced Math Aptitude
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong Organization/Prioritization
- Ability to learn quickly, work well with team members and able to work unsupervised
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Associate degree or work experience in industry helpful
- Notary or able to obtain Notary certification
- Sage accounting/quick books knowledge
- Procore project management software

- Monday-Thursday, off on Fridays (Flexible) In Office 7:00am- 5:30pm
