About the Role

We're looking for a Lead Product Manager for Gainbridge who’ll work with a tight-knit team of product, design, engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders to grow the product experience for B2C customers and operational stakeholders. You’ll focus on evolving our life & annuity products to meet a broader set of needs consumers have when it comes to investing and growing their wealth. This involves the full product life-cycle from ideation to development to launch. You’ll be a key contributor to our highest priority product development effort and a significant growth opportunity for the company. Success in this role requires a healthy balance of deep customer empathy, product vision, and execution excellence. What You’ll Do

  • Own and lead Gainbridge’s B2C product roadmap (consumer-facing and internal-facing apps), and feature prioritization for life and annuities products considering Gainbridge’s core platform readiness, existing platform capabilities, resource availability, and customer demand
  • Define and evangelize the product roadmaps, aligning on the outcomes in tandem with other product leaders in the Gainbridge org -- thereby enabling our teams to define and execute the output, tasks, features, and products that consistently deliver value to our customers
  • Responsible for shipping all B2C product capabilities on the roadmap.
  • Own the stakeholder communication for risk mitigation, issue resolution, and escalations
  • Establish, implement, and monitor best practices and rigor in our Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) that optimizes for impact on our business, velocity, and throughput
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional alignment, strong relationships, and a feeling of inclusiveness in the PDLC with leaders from Engineering, Design, Operations, and other supporting teams
  • Work directly with key stakeholders, gathering feedback, requirements, and insights into future product development and integration
  • Lead the team to deliver the roadmap through agile sprint cycles, breaking down the product roadmap into executable stories and requirements
  • Define success metrics and consistently measure the impact of the team’s work

What We’re Looking For

  • 7 Years of experience in Product Management in a consumer software company
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent combination of experience and instruction
  • A strong background in product management and passion for building delightful consumer product experiences ● Deep customer empathy and experience shaping product direction and execution

  • Ability to define and translate a vision into detailed and actionable plans

  • Data-driven mindset and a measurable approach to problem-solving
  • Relentlessly resourceful, ruthless prioritizer, intellectually curious, efficient executor, and biased towards action
